Chat room help??????

I've been trying to get into the chat room for weeks now. I get a gray screen that comes up and says I don't have a Java enabled browser, tried both of my computers and confirmed that both were Java enabled. Help...

First go to "ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS" on you computer and delete any JAVA programs in the folder, then go to this site and download the newest version.

Still haven't made it. I deleted all old Java, installed all newest Java from Java.com and I'm still having the same problem. I even went into the advanced security to java enable all pages of QL.

nothing yet, my computer is still blocking it somewhere....saying publisher is unknown.

AHHHHHHHHHHHH, i have access to everything but the chat room. I just checked everything else. Tell you what look toward the North burbs of Chitown, I'll send smoke signals to y'all.

hmmm... sounds like a firewall or something. do you shut that all off when you try to get in? is it the java that the publisher wont let load or the chat room?
are you using IE or Firefox?

I finally got the virus out of my PC, took me weeks to find it. I'm trying to get into the chat room, but don't remember what password you gave me before. Could you help me with that???
