    Purpose:
    The purpose of this sponsorship program is to generate an operating fund that will allow QL to expand the features, content and capabilities of this website without financing each endeavor individually through the goodwill of the QL membership.

    Sponsor requirements: 
    Sponsors will be allowed into the sponsorship program if the nature of their business is complimentary to QL community. I (jdany) will have the final say whether a sponsor is suitable for the QL community. I am looking for a relationship where the sponsor AND the QL community will benefit from the association.

    Terms, conditions and obligations:
    After completing the form below and being approved for sponsorship, I will email a document outlining the terms, conditions and obligations of the sponsorship agreement.  You must sign and return the document, as well as make the minimum payment for the program you would like to sponsor.
    A weekly calendar starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday.  CPM invoices will be sent on Monday of each week through the email address you provided at signup.
